Unfinished Hardwood
 For customers who want to install new flooring to match existing flooring in their homes, FLOOR TOWN’s array of unfinished hardwoods may be the right solution. Our expert staff will install boards and then sand, stain, and refinish them on site to blend in with your existing older wood flooring for a seamless look!
Prefinished Hardwood
 FLOOR TOWN of Paramus carries prefinished solid hardwood, pre-finished engineered hardwood, and floating hardwood. Prefinished solid hardwood is sold in ready-to-use boards that have been kiln dried, milled, sanded, stained, and polyuthrethaned at the factory. The great thing about installing prefinished hardwood is that there is minimal disruption and you will not have to leave your home during the installation process.
Pre-finished engineered hardwood is designed to be installed where solid hardwood can not be installed such as over concrete slabs. Engineered hardwood is made of a ply construction and is more dimensional stable than solid hardwood. It accommodates changes in temperature and humidity better than solid wood.
Prefinished Floating hardwood — “floats” over a foam underlayment and does not need to be staple or glued down to the sub floor. It is cost-effective and easy to install and makes an excellent choice as an alternative to solid and some engineered floors.
